1.0 Exhibition
1.10 InformationAccuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information provided at our booth. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any information, and you acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
1.20 Booth Allocation: The layout of the exhibition area and booth allocation are subject to change as per the bookings and other circumstances. Exhibitors can not claim a refund in case of any change in layout. For online bookings, the Exhibitor is expected to confirm his booth number allocated on the day of booking as well as before 72 hours of the event date, from the sales team or Booking Care number +91 8882224445. Organizers would not be responsible for the wrong allocation of booths online.
1.30 Product Display: The products displayed at the booth should be as per the guidelines of the organizer. Objectionable and harmful products can be disallowed even on the day of the event.
1.40 Change in Venue: The event venue is subject to change in any special circumstances. Exhibitors will be informed in advance at least 15 days before the event. Refunds are possible only in case of event cancellation.
1.50 Damage or Lose: The exhibitor is expected to take care of his products/goods at the venue. Organizers is not responsible for any theft or stolen of goods.
The booking window of booths will be open from 1st April 2024 and subject to close on 20th June 2024 or based on space availability.
2.0 Award Nomination Criteria
The IFTSC awards are open to anybody who desires to nominate an individual or a startup organization that has contributed to the tech field with their innovative thinking and breakthrough ideas. There is no limit to the number of nominations an individual /Startup can submit. After the completion of the nomination, each Applicant will receive a questionnaire to be filled out and submitted along with the necessary documents. Submission & Deadline
All nominations must be received on or before 20th June 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. The nominations are accepted only via the online portal which is made available on the IndiaFirst website https://startupmahakumbh.co.in
2.10 Copyright
The legitimacy and authenticity of all the documents and information shared for the nomination purpose will be the sole responsibility of the individual or the organization.
2.20 Confidentiality
All the information and documents submitted within the nomination form will be confidential. The received nominations will only be shared with the panel of judges on a secure basis.
2.30 Award Declaration
All the related decisions by the panel of judges are final in every situation and awards will be made at their discretion.
3.0 Rescheduling The Event
AICRA Reserves the right to reschedule the date, venue & time of the event under unforeseen circumstances, government guidelines, protocol, etc. All participants, exhibitors, sponsors, and delegates will be informed of any such changes at least before 48hrs of the event date. All the registrations related to the award event will be valid until the rescheduled date. No refund will be applicable in case of changes in venue and dates.
